Memberships
Membership Requirements:
Membership Requirements if the applicants is a natural person:
- The applicant must be an employee of the Association.
- He or she should have specialization or interest in the exhibitions and conferences sector or be practitioners in the Association's field of expertise.
- He or she should have sufficient experience in the exhibitions and conferences sector.
- He or she should not be less than fifteen years old.
- Full eligibility is a prerequisite for membership.
- He or she should not have a final judgment against them for a crime that compromises integrity or honesty, without being reinstated.
If the membership applicant is a person with legal status from public or private entities, the following conditions are required:
- Commitment to pay the membership subscription.
- Submission of an application for joining, including the individual's name as per the official document, nationality, registration or license number, national address, contact information, including email and phone number. The application should be accompanied by a copy of the commercial register, license, or endowment deed, or any document proving their legal status according to the governing system, and it should be valid.
- Appointment of a representative thereof from natural persons.

- Association members receive priority in registering and participating in EVEX Initiative sessions.
- Offering special prices or free attendance at workshops offered by the Association.
- Providing a legal consultation session with a discount of up to 30% on consulting fees.
- Attending periodic meetings held by the Association to enhance communication and exchange experiences.
- Members can address the Association through letters directed to the Board, and the Association can correspond with members via letters delivered personally or sent to their registered addresses.
- Voting on the resolutions of the General Assembly if he spends six months from the date of joining the Assembly. Inviting the General Assembly to hold an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.

- Adding three members to the General Assembly Directory, featuring information about the Association’s members and their experiences, displayed on the Association's website.
- Using the Association's logo for the paid year's fees (under the name of a member of the Saudi Association for Exhibitions and Conferences).
- Members nominated have priority in registering and participating in EVEX Initiative sessions.
- Providing special rates or free attendance for three nominees from the Institution in workshops offered by the Association.
- Offering a legal advisory session for the Institution with a discount of up to 30% on consultancy fees.
- Providing a platform through social media accounts to post job opportunities for the Institution and facilitate communication between members and interested companies.
- Prioritizing the Association’s members to obtain a booth at the Saudi Exhibitions and Conferences Summit, enhancing opportunities to showcase their businesses and services.
- Attending periodical meetings organized by the Association to enhance communication and exchange experiences.
- Priority in bidding for contracts or opportunities to implement or supply for events.
- The Institution may address the Association with a letter issued thereby directed to the Board of Directors, and the Association may address the Institution with a letter issued by the Board of Directors or those authorized by the Board, delivered to the Institution personally or sent thereto at any of its registered addresses in the membership register.
- The three nominees can vote on the resolutions of the General Assembly if six months have passed since their joining the Association.
- Inviting three nominees to the General Assembly for an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.

- Attending regular meetings organized by the Association to enhance communication and exchange experiences.
- The affiliate member may communicate with the Association through any available means, and it is the responsibility of the Board of Directors or those authorized thereby to respond through the same means or through the registered address in the membership register.
